A granular effect plugin that cuts incoming audio into grains and rebuilds it, so any source can be turned into new textures. Output's FX system requirements list macOS 10.14+ and Windows 10/11, with 64-bit AAX, AU, VST and VST3 versions.

How to use it in horror

Run a sustained string note or a breath recording through Portal to turn it into a smeared, shimmering grain cloud that hangs under a scene as it builds.
