Create Series: Twisted Psaltry - Cinematic FX

A small free instrument of bowed psaltery effects, played in Cinesamples' Musio plugin. It has five keyswitched articulations: a twisted psaltery drone, high and low drones, and rising and falling Shepard tones.

How to use it in horror

Hold the high drone very quietly under a static shot, then switch to the rising Shepard tone so the screech seems to climb forever into the scare.
